Turkey with wine and chestnuts: a Christmas recipe
- 1 kilogram of turkey thighs
- Half a liter of white wine
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- Aromatic herbs
- Olive oil

Start by peeling the chestnuts, the onions, and the garlic.
In a pot, pour in the water and wine. Add the aromatic herbs and a little cinnamon and place over medium heat.
