Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup of oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 or 4 apples (depending on the size)

Preparation:
