  4. Once the tofu has drained, cut it into small cubes.
  5. Place in a single layer on the tray and sprinkle the cornstarch on top using a sieve.

  7. Bake for 15 minutes. Then, take them out and flip them.
  8. Lower the temperature to 350º F and continue baking for another 15 to 20 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, put all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan, heat, and stir to get a slightly thick and uniform texture.
  10. Add the baked tofu and stir to cover all the pieces with the sauce. Finally, serve with fresh chopped parsley or cilantro.
