  • The peel of 2 oranges
  • 1 ounce of refined cornflour
  • Half an ounce of almonds
  • A sprig of cinnamon
  • Red fruits

In a pan, mix about three-fourths of the almond milk with the condensed milk. Then, add the cinnamon and the orange peel and heat the whole mixture until it begins to boil.

In a bowl, mix a spoonful of cornflour with the rest of the almond milk. Once mixed, add the egg yolks and continue to mix everything until you have a homogeneous paste. Strain the contents of the pan into the bowl and mix everything together.

Cook the mix until it becomes thick while stirring it continuously. Once it’s finished, move it to a container so that it can cool down a little, and divide it into four parts.

The last step for this condensed milk and almond cream recipe for celiacs involves toasting the almonds in a frying pan without using oil. Then, let the almonds cool before sprinkling them on the cream. Decorate the dish with red fruits. These can be strawberries, raspberries, etc. Now, your dish is ready to serve.
